
Bardiya National Park
Located in western Nepal, is Nepal’s largest and most untouched national park. A hidden gem for wildlife lovers, it’s home to the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, Asian elephants, one-horned rhinos, gangetic dolphins, and over 400 species of birds. The park offers a pristine jungle experience, traditional Tharu village culture, and guided wildlife adventures.
Day 01: Nepalgunj – Bardiya (2.5-3 Hours Drive)
– Pick-up from Nepalgunj Airport/Border
– Drive to Bardiya and check-in at a jungle lodge
– Traditional welcome with juice & flower garland
– After lunch, visit to nearby Tharu Village for cultural immersion
– Evening: Tharu Cultural Dance Program
– Dinner & overnight stay at eco-lodge/resort in Bardiya
Day 02: Full Day Jungle Safari Adventure
– Early breakfast
– Morning Jungle Walk with a naturalist (rhino & tiger tracking)
– Visit to Crocodile Breeding Center and Elephant Breeding Center
– Packed or resort lunch
– Jeep Safari inside Bardiya National Park in the afternoon (chance to see wild elephants, tigers, rhinos, deer, birds)
– Optional bird watching near the Karnali River in the evening
– Dinner & overnight stay at the resort
Day 03: Departure – Bardiya to Nepalgunj
– Wake up early for sunrise walk or optional elephant safari
– Breakfast at the resort
– Return drive to Nepalgunj for departure or next destination
